Terms
The agreement between you and Abhirup Ghosh for Invoke Human.
Last updated October 25, 2026
Agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Abhirup Ghosh, an individual (“Abhirup Ghosh,” “we,” “us”). They cover the Invoke Human site, the MCP server at https://invokehumantool.com/mcp, the iOS, iPad, and Mac apps, and the web answer page. If you use the service, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian has to agree for you.
The service
Invoke Human lets an agent call a person the way it calls a tool. The tools are send_handoff, send_ui_handoff, send_html_handoff, validate_ui, share_handoff, delegate_handoff, get_handoff_status, get_handoff_result, and wait_for_handoff.
You answer in an app or on the web answer page, and the answer is returned to the agent that asked, with attribution.
The service is offered as it is available, including during early access. If we ever charge a fee, we will say so before it applies. You are responsible for the devices, networks, and agent clients you use.
Accounts
You sign in with an email address or an Apple ID, over OAuth, with the scope handoffs.
Keep the account yours. You are responsible for activity under it. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
Connecting an agent
When you connect an agent, you authorize that client to send handoffs to your account and to receive the answers you return. You choose the client. We are not a party to your agreement with that client, and we do not control what it stores after an answer is delivered.
Your content
You keep your rights in the handoff contents and answers. You grant Abhirup Ghosh a limited license to host, transmit, display, and back up that content only as needed to run, secure, and support the service for you. The license ends when the content is deleted from our systems. It does not cover copies already delivered to an agent you connected.
You are responsible for what you send and what you answer. Do not send content you do not have the right to send. The service does not provide professional advice. An answer is a person’s response, not ours.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- Break the law, or violate someone else’s rights or privacy.
- Try to reach another person’s account, handoffs, or device tokens.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the service, except where the law allows security research against your own account.
- Misrepresent who answered, or send malware or other harmful content.
We may investigate misuse and suspend access when we need to protect the service or other people.
Early access
The apps and the service may be pre-release, including TestFlight builds. Features can change, fail, or be withdrawn. Early access is not a promise that something will ship.
Apple
If you get an app through Apple’s App Store or TestFlight, you also agree to Apple’s terms, and you may use it only on Apple devices you own or control, as Apple’s usage rules allow. Apple is not a party to these terms. Abhirup Ghosh, not Apple, is responsible for the apps, for maintenance and support, and for claims that an app infringes a third party’s intellectual property or fails to meet a regulatory or product-liability duty.
If an app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. You represent that you are not in a country subject to a US embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it.
Intellectual property
Abhirup Ghosh owns the service, the site, and the Invoke Human mark and icon. These terms do not grant you any right in them other than the right to use the service. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abhirup Ghosh disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that an answer is accurate, complete, or suitable for a decision you make.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abhirup Ghosh will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars.
These limits apply in contract, tort, or otherwise, and even if we knew a loss was possible. Some places do not allow them. There, they apply only as far as the law allows.
Indemnity
You will indemnify Abhirup Ghosh against third-party claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your content, the agents you connect, or your misuse of the service, except to the extent caused by our breach of these terms.
Ending use
You may stop at any time and ask us to delete the account. We may suspend or close access if you materially breach these terms, if we need to protect the service or other people, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should continue, including content already returned to an agent, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law, will survive.
Governing law
Delaware law governs these terms, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may have a non-waivable right to bring a claim where you live. Email support@invokehumantool.com before you file a claim so we have a chance to resolve it.
General
These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these terms with the service. You may not assign them without our consent. There are no third-party beneficiaries except Apple, for the Apple section only.
To report content you believe infringes your rights, email us with enough detail to identify it.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date. If a change is material, we will give notice by email or in the product when we can reach you. If you keep using the service after the update takes effect, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using the service and ask us to delete the account.
