What Invoke Human collects, where it is stored, and how to delete it.

Who we are

Invoke Human is operated by Abhirup Ghosh, an individual. Support is support@invokehumantool.com. An agent calls a person the way it calls a tool: it sends a handoff through the MCP server, and you answer in the iOS, iPad, or Mac app, or on the web answer page.

Information we collect

• Account. An email address, or the Apple ID details Sign in with Apple provides: an account identifier, and an email address if you choose to share one.
• Handoff contents. The questions, worksheets, prompts, and other material an agent sends to https://invokehumantool.com/mcp.
• Answers. What you send back, including attribution such as who answered and how.
• Device tokens. Tokens that let us notify the iOS, iPad, and Mac apps when a handoff is waiting.
• Early access. If you join the list on this site, the email address you submit. The list is one message when the iOS app is ready.
• Connection data. Requests pass through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address and user agent to deliver and protect that traffic. These marketing pages use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated page views: the page URL, referrer, device, browser, and approximate location. That measurement does not set a cookie. Vercel discards the visitor session after 24 hours. This site stores a flag in session storage on your device so the intro animation does not repeat during the visit.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Create your account and sign you in with OAuth.
• Deliver a handoff to your apps and the web answer page, and return your answer to the agent that asked.
• Notify a device you have registered.
• Send the early-access email, if you asked for it.
• Operate, debug, and protect the service, and reply when you write to us.

We use handoff contents and answers to provide the service. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train models.

Where it is stored

Accounts, handoff contents, answers, and device tokens are stored in Cloudflare D1 and processed by a Cloudflare Worker. Traffic to the Worker is encrypted in transit. The marketing pages are a static site and do not keep a separate copy of that database.

When we share it

We share information in these cases:

• The agent you connected. Your answer, and the attribution that goes with it, is returned to that client. What the client does after that is outside our service.
• Cloudflare. Cloudflare hosts the Worker and the D1 database.
• Vercel. Vercel hosts these marketing pages and receives the cookieless page-view data described above.
• Apple. Sign in with Apple, and notifications to Apple devices, go through Apple.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect Abhirup Ghosh, our users, or the public.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep the account, handoff contents, and answers while the account is open. We keep a device token while that device is registered. We keep an early-access email until we send the one message, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. When we delete data from the production database, copies in backups go away as those backups expire.

Deletion

Email support@invokehumantool.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We delete the account, handoff contents, answers, and device tokens from the production database. Answers already delivered to an agent can remain in that agent’s history. We cannot delete those copies. You can also stop sharing an Apple ID with us from your Apple ID settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have a right to access, correct, or delete personal information. Write to us and we will honor the rights that apply. We will not discriminate against you for asking.

Children

Invoke Human is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
